The International Cloud Humanitarian Relief Health and Education Foundation (ICF) hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced construction firms for the turnkey construction of two facilities in Hatay Province, Türkiye.

LOT 1- A 3-Physician Family Health Center (ASM) Approximate area: 180 m² / Single-story – Structure type: Reinforced concrete

LOT 2 - An Active Living Center for Persons with Disabilities Approximate area: 520 m² / Single-story – Structure type: Reinforced concrete

Purpose

This announcement aims to identify and shortlist capable construction firms for participation in a forthcoming tender process. The shortlisted companies will later receive the full tender documents (Invitation to Tender – ITT) for submitting their detailed technical and financial proposals.

Scope of the Tender

The project includes all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works required to deliver both facilities as turnkey, fully operational buildings, compliant with Turkish construction standards and ICF’s design specifications.

Application Requirements and Required Documents

Interested firms should submit an Expression of Interest package including:

Technical Proposal File:

• Company profile and registration certificates
• Valid tax and operation license
• Organizational structure and list of key technical personnel
• Evidence of similar completed projects (preferably health or public buildings)
• References and contact details of at least three previous clients
• Financial capacity proof (bank reference or audited statements)
